Iron ore prices to fall further on strong supply

The ongoing ramp up in supply and ever-lower cash costs at the major producers suggest that the iron ore market will remain well supplied. With subdued steel demand and output, we expect prices to fall further from here. However, somewhat stronger iron ore demand in 2016 and supply cuts should at least put a floor under prices next year.
