The rally in Latin American equities over the past couple of months has left valuations in most countries looking stretched. Stock markets in the region remain vulnerable to a drop in commodity prices but for now at least inflows are strong and the big risk in the near term is that bubbles start to form. While these things are difficult to judge, Colombia, Peru and Chile look most vulnerable at this stage.
