What next for UK Gilts?

We have revised down our forecasts for the 10-year Gilt yield in recognition of the fact that monetary policy in the UK is likely to be tightened even more gradually than we had previously anticipated. Our new end-2015 and end-2016 forecasts are 1.75% and 2.25%, respectively – reductions of 25bp each.
