Global growth held up well in Q2

National accounts data released in recent weeks suggest that global growth edged up in Q2. Butprospects for the rest of the year are mixed. The euro-zone economy will probably slow further and theUK will do no better than stagnate, whereas we expect economic growth to pick up in the US and China.
