Warsaw medium-term office rent prospects still good, despite falls

The huge fall in Warsaw office rental values seen over the past year looks disproportionate relative to both the strength of the Polish economy and to developments elsewhere in Emerging Europe. Excessive rental value growth during the boom, combined with an excessive supply pipeline during the downturn, appears to lie at the heart of this apparent anomaly. But there are reasons to suggest that rental falls to come will be smaller in Warsaw than elsewhere.
