Should a slowdown in euro-zone production worry logistics investors?

Despite the slowdown in industrial production, the outlook for euro-zone logistics property remains positive. In particular, the improved outlook for consumers, as well as the growing penetration of e-commerce, will boost logistics occupier demand. Yet while there still seems scope for yield compression to boost capital values in the majority of markets, there are signs that the downward path for logistics yields in some cities will soon reach its limit.
