Relative pricing levels of Nordic retail markets set to shift

If we are right that prime retail yields in Stockholm will fall further than those in Oslo, Helsinki or Copenhagen, relative pricing levels across Nordic retail markets will move out of kilter with recent norms. But in our view, that is justified by the relatively robust outlook for the Swedish economy.
