Office rents in Switzerland have further to fall

The latest data from Switzerland show that the removal of the euro exchange rate ceiling has taken its toll on the economy, and we expect that there is further weakness to come. Accordingly, even with employment in some office-based industries doing well and development pipelines limited, rents are unlikely to stabilise until 2017.
