We suspect that Q3’s halt to Paris’ prime office rental recovery is a temporary blip on a generally upward trend. Indeed, although service sector sentiment has remained broadly flat for the past few months, firms appear to be gradually increasing headcount and office take-up levels are on the up. As such, we still think that office rents in Paris will end the year 7% higher than they started it.
