Has the core/periphery yield spread peaked?

The spread between property yields in core and peripheral euro-zone markets has risen fivefold over the past four years. But with the risks both to occupier markets and to the survival of the euro-zone itself still increasing, that spread could very easily rise by a further 100bps or more during 2012.
