Last week’s GDP data from Sweden were not as bad for commercial property as they might at first seem. Indeed, the detail suggests that occupier demand for each of the three main sectors may have risen in Q4. However, the sub-trend economic growth outlook means that falls in Swedish property values in 2013 are still more likely than not.
