Cracks between euro-zone core and peripheral markets widen

Today’s euro-zone GDP data will do nothing to boost investor sentiment towards commercial property in the region’s troubled peripheral economies. Rather it supports forecasts that the gap between yields in core euro-zone markets and the rest will continue to widen as investors target only those markets perceived to have the strongest economic and occupier market fundamentals.
