The gradual recovery in European commercial property investment volumes extended into Q2 2010. As a result, with the exception of Greece, property yields were either stable or fell slightly in all euro-zone markets over the quarter. But with escalating concerns over the sovereign debt crisis, property risk premiums in parts of the single currency bloc may yet rise.
