Sluggish Polish growth to prompt further policy easing

The breakdown of Polish Q1 GDP data confirmed that domestic demand remained extremely weak and it looks like there has been little improvement in April. Combined with below-target inflation, we think this means that the National Bank will cut interest rates by a further 25bps next week (to 2.75%).
