Strong growth in Indonesia, but will outperformance last?

Indonesia recorded another quarter of strong growth in Q3, with the pace of expansion down only slightly compared with the previous quarter. Weak exports will act as a drag on growth over the next year. However, as a domestically-driven economy, Indonesia is relatively well-placed to withstand the impact of weaker global demand and should continue to outperform most of the rest of Asia.
