Looking for reassurance on China and from the Fed

Commodity markets ended the week on a stronger note, helped by comments from Fed Chair Janet Yellen. Even though she sent a pretty strong signal that US interest rates are still likely to be hiked later this year, she also played down concerns over the global economy. For (most) commodities, a “hard landing” in China would be a far greater threat than a gradual tightening from the Fed.
