What would a Trump win mean for commodities?

The initial uncertainty that would follow the election of Donald Trump as US President would surely undermine the prices of assets that are perceived to be riskier, including industrial commodities as well as equities and emerging market currencies, while further boosting those of safe havens such as gold. However, the Brexit vote also shows how quickly markets can calm down after a political shock. And in this case, US dollar weakness against other majors could limit the downside.
