New Zealand GDP (Q2)

The 0.8% q/q rise in the production measure of GDP in the second quarter won’t prevent the RBNZ from leaving interest rates at 1.75% at next Thursday’s policy meeting and striking a dovish tone too, but it may give the National Party a bit of a boost ahead of Saturday’s general election.
