Housing Starts (Feb.)

A rise in single-family construction helped total housing starts edge out a small monthly gain of 3% in February. With homebuilder confidence at a 12-year high, partly down to an expectation that regulations will become less onerous, single-family starts are set to rise steadily over the next couple of years.
