Case-Shiller reported that average US house prices rose by 0.8% m/m in November, continuing the recent trend of significant gains. With housing demand rising on the back of Trump’s win, and inventory levels at 20-year lows, a further acceleration in house price growth can be expected in the first half of 2017.
