Land Registry Repeat Sales Index (May.)

The latest Land Registry Repeat Sales index brought further evidence that the increase in supply and the weakening of demand seen over the past few months is beginning to undermine house prices. Tight fiscal policy and the resulting pressures on household incomes mean that further falls can be expected for the rest of the year.
