Central London aside, weak economic growth and fragile business confidence are acting as a drag on occupier demand, pushing back a recovery in commercial property markets. South East offices will not be wholly immune to such factors, but with solid fundamentals and yields that are a touch on the high side, this market looks set to be among the strongest performers in the next few years.
