IPF Consensus Forecasts (Q2 13)

Respondents to the latest IPF Consensus forecasts envisage rents and capital values holding broadly steady this year, also indicating that they think that yields have peaked. In contrast to the consensus, however, we think that yields could start to edge down again over a six to 12-month horizon.
