July’s Colliers/REC pricing survey contained evidence of a more cautious tone among the survey’s respondents. For one thing, for the first time in several years, a sizeable minority thought that it was a good time to sell London offices. Meanwhile, cuts to the 2016 forecasts imply that respondents have become a little less optimistic about the pace and durability of the UK recovery.
