CIPS/Markit Construction PMI (Aug.)

The latest upturn in the commercial construction PMI does little to change the picture of a sector that has come off the boil. As such, it suggests that commercial property development activity is unlikely to gather significant momentum over the remainder of this year or in early 2016 and that the availability of prime space is likely to stay limited for some time yet.
