Bank of England Credit Conditions Survey (Q1 13)

Credit availability to the property sector, particularly residential mortgage credit, is still rising, helped by some lenders seeking to increase their market share. But the improvement is not as marked as in recent quarters, and concerns about high house prices mean lenders are only lending to those with first-class credit records.
