All-property yields fell a little further in October, helping capital values to rise by 0.6%m/m. This took the total gain since April to 2% and was also enough to push the year-on-year growth rate into positive territory, for the first time in 20 months. As applies for rental values, office and industrial capital values are generally outperforming the retail sector.
