Bubble trouble?

Loose monetary policy increases the appeal of “risky” assets. This is a positive thing when their valuations are low, as they were in the aftermath of the financial crisis. It is, however, a potentially dangerous thing when their valuations are high. The question of whether that is the case today is particularly pertinent amid talk that some central banks may soon begin to drop money from the sky.
