Rental recovery remains soft and patchy

Economic growth has typically strengthened, but Russia continues to fare poorly and there are some signs of weakness emerging in Norway and Turkey. A lack of major deals in emerging Europe has held back investment levels, but Scandinavia and the UK reached new highs on an annual basis as their investment markets boom. Nevertheless, occupier markets were relatively subdued with only limited pockets of rental value growth across cities and sectors.
