Several factors have contributed to the resilience of industrial rental values in Poland. But downward pressure on Polish industrial rents continues to build and we do not think that more substantial falls can be avoided. That said, Poland’s short-term fundamentals do stack up well relative to its peers’ and we still envisage that total falls in Polish industrial rents will be amongst the smallest in the region.
