What does the strong outlook for Poland imply for property values?

We believe that the outlook for occupier demand and rental values in Poland is among the best in Europe. But much of that good news already seems to be reflected in Polish yields which are low. Thus the outlook for capital values and total returns, while good, may be less exceptional.
