The latest RICS global commercial property monitor for Q4 2017 indicates that there has been no significant change to the upbeat mood across European markets compared to Q3. This is perhaps not too surprising given the buoyant economic backdrop. Yet the survey also contains signs which suggest that the market is starting to slow and that capital value growth has passed its peak.
