All sectors of the Dublin property market received a boost from tightening yields during the first quarter. However, while there seems scope for further yield compression in the retail and industrial sectors, this looks increasingly less true for offices. Thus, as the impetus from falling yields fades, 2014 could mark the end of the outperformance of the Dublin office market.
