Investment demand for Finnish property in H1 more than matched that seen in H1 2015 as Nordic investors and German funds targeted its higher income yields. We think this demand will keep investment volumes strong in the remainder of 2016 pushing the yield gap to Sweden down towards its long-term average, despite the relatively weak economic outlook in Finland.
