Divergence in investor and occupier markets to continue

We expect the divergence between the investor market and the occupier market, which started to appear in 2009, to continue in 2010. Initial data suggest that, although still low by historical standards, European investment volumes rose again in 2009Q4. By contrast, rental values, in general, fell, and we expect occupier markets to remain weak this year.
