Are things starting to look up for the Copenhagen retail market?

Recent macroeconomic indicators from Denmark might raise hopes that the outlook for Copenhagen retail rental values has improved significantly. But with the impact of past falls in household spending still yet to be seen in the rental data, and a strong likelihood of a fresh consumer recession to come, we think that the outlook for retail rental value growth in Copenhagen is still negative.
