Given its relatively bright medium-term economic growth prospects, the outlook for Poland’s industrial occupier market over the next few years was already pretty decent. Over and above this, though, we think that the country’s ambitious road-building project will deliver a net increase to occupier demand, making Poland an even more attractive prospect for developers.
