Upside risk to forecasts is building

While the latest data indicate that the Nordic economies did not come roaring out of the blocks in May, they add to signs that activity in the region has held up much better than in the euro-zone. Next week, we expect the release of June CPI inflation data from Sweden to show that the headline rate rose following a sharp pick-up in electricity prices, but that the core measure edged lower.
