Real Estate Outlook
How the pandemic will drive relative performance into the 2030s
Wednesday 2nd April 2025
Capital Economics, 100 Victoria Street, SW1E 5JL
9:00am | 12:30pm | 3:30pm
Five years on and the pandemic is continuing to shape the real estate industry, influencing how we work, where we live and how we spend. But while some of these structural shifts are now better understood, there’s widespread uncertainty about how they will determine the sectors and markets that will outperform and lag in the coming years.
To help you understand how the pandemic will shape real estate through the end of this decade and beyond, we’d like to invite you to this exclusive roundtable briefing in our London office on Wednesday 2nd April. During this session, economists from across our UK, Europe and US property teams will discuss the key risks and opportunities across these markets over the next cycle.
This is a chance to network with peers from throughout the industry, get answers to your questions and hear from the team about key issues, including:
• Whether and when the wider office market could see a recovery;
• Which sectors and markets are likely to provide the best returns in the coming years;
• If CBDs can recover and suburban markets can continue to prosper.
