Why did you join Capital Economics?
Drawing on my wealth management experience in Canada and Brazil, I was looking for a role that would allow me to apply my financial industry knowledge and relationship-building abilities. Capital Economics presented the perfect opportunity to blend my passion for fostering client partnerships with providing strategic support to clients as they navigate complex economic landscapes.
What areas of the business have you worked on during your time at Capital Economics?
I began as an account manager, assisting clients with tailored economic research. As I advanced to senior account manager and now North America Team Lead, I’ve focused on strengthening client partnerships and ensuring our insights drive informed decision-making.
What is the most rewarding or surprising aspect of your current role?
The most rewarding aspect of my current role is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients. By understanding their businesses, we collaboratively find solutions to their unique challenges. Additionally, mentoring my team to adopt this client-focused approach has been incredibly fulfilling, as I watch them grow and succeed in fostering these vital connections.
