As US states emerge from lockdown and the worst of the economic crisis appears to be over, thoughts are turning to the recovery. In this, not all parts of the US will be equal. Some insight into the resilience of markets can be gained by looking at employment clusters, which indicate that at least for consumer-led property sectors, Washington DC, San Francisco and San Jose are best positioned for recovery.
