The industrial sector could see a further increase in its share of investment in the coming quarters thanks to both its own resilience and concerns surrounding the other sectors. Those diverging prospects are likely to mean that the negative yield gap between industrial property and offices grows, reaching close to 50bps by the end of 2022.
