Although worries about second waves of coronavirus are likely to persist in the coming months, we do not expect such concerns to weigh on equity prices for long, just as they have not done recently. At the time of writing, the S&P 500 was only 3-4% below its closing level of 8th June, having been some 7% below it on 11th June.
