London: In-person event
2025 Commercial Real Estate Outlook
Looking for outperformance in the UK and European markets
Tuesday 26th November
Capital Economics London, 100 Victoria St, SW1E 5JL
If 2023 was commercial property’s annus horribilis, then this year has been one of cautious optimism; the UK market appears firmly on the recovery path while signs have emerged since mid-year that Europe has also turned the corner.
Looking ahead to 2025, abating inflation and central bank cutting cycles will support economies and property markets. But the recovery is still likely to be subdued and there remain concerns in parts of Europe – not least Germany – about the potential impact from growing amounts of distressed assets.
It’s against this backdrop that we’d like to invite you to join our economists in London for this exclusive in-person briefing on Tuesday 26th November. This will be your opportunity to hear from the team about risks and opportunities in commercial property in 2025, to get answers to your questions about the coming year’s outlook and to network with peers from the industry.
During this session, our economists from our UK, Europe and US property teams will discuss key issues, including:
- Why investors won’t be able to rely on yield compression in the major sectors in this recovery;
- Which sectors and markets will lead (and which will lag) the recovery;
- UK and European performance in a global context.
