Yasemin Engin

Yasemin Engin is an Economist in Capital Economics’ European Commercial Property team. Yasemin joined the Capital Economics graduate training scheme in September 2017.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a masters degree in International Economics, Finance and Development, both from the University of Surrey.

Yasemin’s analysis on the natural vacancy rate of European offices was awarded the 2021 Under-30s Research Prize by the Society of Property Researchers.
